Biparametrik Prostat MRG, Multiparametrik MRG ile Prostat Kanseri Tespiti İçin Benzer Tanısal Doğruluk Oranları Gösterir

Objective: To compare the diagnostic accuracy of bp-MRI with standard mp-MRI in diagnosis prostate cancer.
 
 Material and Methods: We retrospectively evaluated bp-MRIs comparison mp-MRIs at 3 Tesla. Sensitivity, specificity, positive negative predictive values (PPV NPV), for bp- were calculated compared.
 Results: A total 202 patients a mean age 62.4±11.8 years (range from 31 to 86 years) fulfilled inclusion criteria. In PI-RADS 4 5 lesions; sensitivity, PPV, NPV versus 95.4%, 77.2%, 53.8%, 98.3% 97.7% vs 73.4%, 50.5%, 99.1%, respectively.
 Conclusion: Overall was similar lesions.
